The work is an aproach to define the spatial framework of the painting. It is an attempt to create a painting that is flat and three-dimensional at the same time, one inside the other, one outside the other, one beyond the other. The painting goes out into space in the most basic way: layers of paint build three-dimensionality.

The artist destroys the flat, solidified paint layer, rips it off the canvas, cuts it and reapplies it. The flat painting becames spatial simultaneously. The white color of the paint focuses attention on the matter, which builds up space in artwork, paradoxally without using color.
